Owner of the site

The website https://www.cesidog.it (hereinafter “Site”) is owned by Interactive Style Srl , with registered office in Via Gromolevate 8/i, 24060 Chiuduno (BG) – Italy, VAT number IT04088770168, registered in the Bergamo Company Register no. BG-435272.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law , in accordance with:

1) Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) – articles 45-67 “Consumer rights”;

2) Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (Electronic commerce) .

Orders and conclusion of the contract

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares that he has read and accepted these conditions of sale.
Interactive Style Srl will confirm the order via email, including the order number, date, products purchased, price, shipping costs, and payment method.

Interactive Style Srl reserves the right to refuse the order at its sole discretion.

Prices and payment

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT .
Accepted payment methods:

1) Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PostePay, Apple Pay);

2) PayPal.

Delivery and shipping costs

Italy : €7.50 for orders under €50; free for orders over €50.

Standard shipping via SDA courier within 2-7 working days .

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

1) send a communication to amministrazione@pec.interactivestyle.it (PEC) or support@cesidog.it ;

2) return the product within 14 days of receiving authorization.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: personalized products, sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, perishable goods.

Legal guarantee

All products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

Dispute resolution and competent court

In the event of disputes, the competent court is the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Article 63 of the Consumer Code.
The consumer can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR):

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Interactive Style Srl reserves the right to modify these conditions, which will be effective from the moment of publication on the Site.
